Where a critical incident occurs outside standard business hours, students and staff must first contact emergency services on 000 where there is an immediate risk to life, safety or property, or where urgent police, ambulance or fire services are required.
For critical incidents occurring after hours at any one of our campuses, the designated emergency after-hours contact is Ms Lena Shifrina on 0420 309 633.
This after-hours emergency contact number is for critical incidents and urgent safety-related matters only. It should not be used for general administrative, academic or student support enquiries, including matters such as enrolment, timetable changes, fees, Confirmation of Enrolment requests, assessment questions or other non-urgent requests.
For non-urgent matters, students should contact the student support staff during standard business hours or submit an enquiry through the usual student support channels.
